Which product should I start with?
If your hair feels dry, rough or tangled, start with the Deep Hydrating Conditioner. For the full result, use all three: shampoo to cleanse, conditioner to soften, hair oil to finish.
Is CULISE safe for color-treated or bleached hair?
Yes. All three products are color-safe and made for dry, damaged, color-treated and bleached hair.
Which products are sulfate-free or silicone-free?
The shampoo is sulfate-free and silicone-free. The conditioner and the hair oil contain silicones (dimethicone, amodimethicone) for slip and shine.
How long does each bottle last?
The shampoo and conditioner (240 ml) last about 3 months each. The hair oil (100 ml) lasts 4–6 months, because you only need a few drops.
How much hair oil should I use?
1–2 drops for fine or thin hair, 3–4 for medium hair, 5–6 for thick, coarse or curly hair, on mid-lengths and ends only.
What does CULISE smell like?
All three share one scent: bergamot and hinoki, bright citrus over clean wood.
What is the Scalp Microbiome Patented Technology?
A patented ingredient built from strains found on healthy scalps. It is in the Deep Hydrating Shampoo and the Deep Hydrating Conditioner. The hair oil does not contain it.

Is shipping free?
Subscriptions always ship free. One-time orders ship free from $50; under $50, US standard shipping is $7.35.
When will my order arrive?
Orders arrive in 2–3 business days within the US.
Do you ship outside the US?
Not at the moment. CULISE ships within the United States only.
What is your return policy?
Free 30-day returns. If a product is not right for your hair, email hello@culise.com within 30 days of your order.
How does the subscription work?
Choose how often you want each product delivered. You save 15% and every delivery ships free.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Yes. Skip, pause or cancel anytime from your account, with no fee.
How often should I get each product?
Every 3 months for the shampoo and conditioner, and every 4 months for the hair oil. That is about when a bottle runs out.
