Great quality hair oil that makes my hair really shiny, soft, healthy, and frizz-free without weighing it down or making it looking greasy. I have wavy, fine hair that's quite damaged from regular bleaching, dyeing, and heat styling and this has made it look MUCH healthier and feel a lot nicer. It's color sale too (I normally do semi-permanent fashion colors). It also doesn't make blonde or light colored hair look brassy like some oils can (the oil itself is pretty clear with a light yellow tint). I put it mainly at the ends and mid lengths of my hair and then whatever is leftover i lightly smooth over my roots and bangs. As far as I can tell this oil doesn't have a scent. I think it's worth the price too you get a lot of product and it only takes a few drops of oil to fully cover my hair (a few inches past my shoulders, it's fine but I have a lot of hair) so I imagine it will last quite a while. I definitely recommend.
I've been using different brands of hair oil for quite a while now because they truly are the best to help define my curls in the morning. When used with styling cream, it really gives the best results for the whole day. When talking about the oil itself, this is a really nice product. The oil isn't too thick or too liquid, so it's easy to get it on your hands evenly without losing any, and it spreads quite nicely on the hair without making it greasy. It gives your hair a really nice shine, plus it does help with frizz, which tends to be a big problem of mine. It definitely works better on damp hair though. It also works on dry hair, but it definitely does not spread as well.
I just really don't like the bottle. You can't really press on it, but the oil also drips from it very slowly. I usually use hair oils that come in a pump bottle, so I can quickly get as much as I want, but with this one I need to just wait with the bottle upside down for a few seconds, or shake it hoping it'll come out in the quantity I need. I'm not sure why it was designed this way, but I can't say I like it. At least the oil itself is great, so it becomes only a minor inconvenience, but it still is an inconvenience.
This oil is very lightweight. It's best for my hair when it's damp! It doesn't take much. I really like how it dispenses out of the bottle! You don't have to force it out!
I really want to love this hair oil because the product itself is fantastic. It smells amazing light, clean, and not overpowering and it's been a lifesaver for my dry, frizzy winter hair. It leaves my hair soft, shiny, and smooth without feeling greasy or heavy.
But the bottle? Total frustration. The plastic is so hard that it can't be squeezed, which makes it nearly impossible to get the oil out. I have no idea how much is left inside, and every time I use it, I end up smacking the bottle against my hand just to get a few drops out. The label says to use a few drops, but with thick, coarse hair, that's just not enough and getting more out feels like a workout.
If this oil came in a better bottle, it would be perfect. The formula is amazing, but the packaging makes it way harder to use than it should be.
I just started to use this product. I do find it a bit heavier on my hair than what I was previously using however, I think it needs to be to bring down the frizz in my hair. I am fair so I have very fine hair and that is perhaps why I notice it being a bit heavier. So, it reduces my natural curl a bit. So, that is why I gave it a 4...or a 4.5 if I could. That being said, I am liking it. It does leave your hair feeling soft and shiny for sure. You do not need much which is great. So, though the price seems a bit high, the product will last a while.
My hair is dry, frizzy, and prone to split ends, and I'm always careful with oils because many of them feel too heavy. This one is completely different; it feels lightweight and absorbs beautifully without leaving any greasy residue.
I use a small amount on damp hair before blow-drying and also on dry hair to smooth frizz, and it works great both ways. My hair looks shinier, feels softer, and is much easier to manage. It also helps tame flyaways and gives my hair a healthy, polished finish without weighing it down.
Another thing I really appreciate is how well it works with heat styling. It gives peace of mind knowing my hair feels protected, especially when using a blow dryer or flat iron. Over time, my hair feels healthier and less dry at the ends.
I've now tried several products from Culise, including their shampoo and conditioner from this same line, so adding the Deep Hydrating Hair Oil felt like the natural next step. Culise is a Korean hair care brand, and that influence really shows in their approach. The formulas feel very intentional, focused on hydration, hair health, and balance rather than heavy, overly coated results. Korean beauty brands tend to emphasize treating hair like skin, and that philosophy definitely comes through across everything I've tried from them so far.
This oil is marketed as being suitable for all hair types, especially dry or damaged hair, and I've been using it mostly as a finishing oil on dry hair rather than on damp hair. I've tried both methods, but I personally prefer it on dry hair, especially when my ends are feeling a little rough or dull. One thing that really stands out is the texture as this is easily the thickest hair oil I've used compared to other brands. I actually love that about it because it doesn't immediately run everywhere the second you dispense it. It feels rich and substantial in your hands, which makes it much easier to control and work through the hair evenly.
A little truly goes a long way here. I have medium-to-thick, slightly coarse hair, and I only need a very small amount to get a noticeable effect. It smooths the ends beautifully without weighing my hair down or making it feel greasy, and it leaves a really glossy, healthy-looking finish. My hair still feels soft and touchable, not coated. That said, as with any hair oil, I'd definitely recommend starting with less, especially if you have fine or thin hair, because you can always add more, but you can't undo it once it's in.
The scent is another highlight. This oil is fragranced with bergamot and hinoki, and it's light, fresh, and very clean-smelling. I personally pick up more of the hinoki that subtle, slightly woody, spa-like note with just a hint of brightness from the bergamot. Compared to the shampoo and conditioner from this line, which lean more soft and slightly powdery floral on me, this oil feels fresher and less floral overall. It's very subtle once it's in the hair and not overpowering at all. I also think it's a scent that would work just as well for anyone, regardless of gender.
Ingredient-wise, the formula feels thoughtfully balanced. It has that nourishing, smoothing quality you'd expect from a blend of lightweight conditioning oils and modern smoothing agents that help seal in moisture and add shine without heaviness. It does a great job of making dry ends feel more polished and protected, especially when hair is exposed to heat styling or environmental dryness. It's also color-safe and free from things like sulfates and parabens, and the brand is cruelty-free, which is always a plus.
The bottle size is another thing worth mentioning. At 3.3 oz, it's larger than many hair oils on the market, which often come in much smaller bottles for a similar price. Since you only need such a small amount per use, I can easily see this lasting a long time. Price-wise, it feels especially reasonable when there's a coupon available, making it a really solid value for the quality and size.
Overall, this oil has been a great addition to my routine, especially when used alongside the shampoo and conditioner from the same line. It adds that final touch of smoothness and shine when my hair is feeling dry or lackluster, without weighing it down. So far, Culise is a brand I've consistently had good experiences with, and it's definitely one I plan to keep an eye on as I continue exploring their products.
This hair oil has been working well for me, especially for taming frizz and adding a bit of shine. It's lightweight and absorbs nicely, and I really appreciate that it doesn't leave my hair feeling greasy or weighed down, which is always my main concern with oils. A small amount goes a long way, and it's easy to apply evenly.
It definitely helps smooth things out and makes my hair feel softer and more manageable, especially on dry ends. That said, it's not a miracle product. It improves the look and feel of my hair, but it doesn't completely transform damaged hair or eliminate frizz in extreme conditions. I still see it as a solid part of a routine rather than a one-step fix.
Overall, it's a good, reliable hair oil that does what it claims without overdoing it. If you're looking for something lightweight that helps with frizz and doesn't feel heavy or oily, this works well, just with realistic expectations.
This Korean hair hair oil works quite well for dry, and frizzy hair. After using it, my hair feels noticeably smoother and softer, with less frizz overall. It helps make the hair look more put-together without weighing it down, which is something I really like.
The texture is lightweight and not oily, so it absorbs nicely into the hair instead of sitting on the surface. A small amount is enough, and the 100 ml size means it should last a long time with regular use. The scent is pleasant, not overpowering, which makes it comfortable to use daily.
In terms of performance, the quality feels similar to more high-end hair oil brands, considering how it controls frizz and adds a bit of shine. One small downside is the packaging: the plastic bottle is quite stiff and can be a bit hard to squeeze, when trying to control how much product comes out.
Overall, its a solid hair oil if you want something nourishing, lightweight, without making your hair feel greasy.
